Since 2012, Amanda Cox Zuppan has been guiding clients through the world of residential real estate across the Twin Cities metro and beyond. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, or seasoned investors, Amanda’s priority is education, service, and support every step of the way.
 
Amanda believes real estate is more than transactions it’s about people and their life stories. From preparing a home for sale and navigating inspections, to contract negotiations and closing day celebrations, she ensures her clients feel informed, confident, and cared for.
 
A Minneapolis native, Amanda brings local expertise and a true passion for the community. Beyond her work with clients, she gives back through volunteering with local charitable organizations and donates to Feed My Starving Children committing to feed a child for a year with every home sold. She also serves on the Board of Directors at the St. Paul Area Association of REALTORS® and is the 2025 Chair of its Communication Committee. A frequent guest on the Beyond the Stats podcast, Amanda offers her insights on housing trends, market data, and the human side of real estate.
 
In 2025, Amanda’s sister, Laura Baerthel, left her career as a corporate accountant and joined her as a business partner, allowing the team to elevate their service and expand their reach even further.
Outside of real estate, Amanda is happiest with her husband, Matt, and loves being mom to 2 amazing children. She loves travel, yoga, exploring new neighborhoods close to home, volunteering, and time in nature. Fun facts: coffee is her love language, she was once a professional salsa dancer and has lived abroad in both England and Ecuador!
 
Amanda considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients through life’s milestones—whether joyous first homes or difficult transitions. Her career is built on trust, compassion, and a genuine love of helping people find their place in the world.
